By 2030 it is likely that most first round interviews, especially at the junior level, will be conducted virtually using a mix of AI and VR and AR. whilst it has been relatively easy (and fun) for HKHR Tech to devlop a beta version of a virtual interview, the next step is considerably more sophisticated and this will be the focus for the next 5 years.
