Overview:

Our client is a well-established asset management company in Hong Kong that is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the firm’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures. You will also ensure that the firm is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.

What will you do:

Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and report to senior management
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices

What will you need:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk and compliance management in asset management industry
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as SFC and HKMA regulations and strong analytical skills

What will you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in a legal or financial services industry
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
