Top-Notch HR Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the HR function of our international law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the firm’s objectives.

What will you do?
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and best practices
- Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Develop and deliver HR training to managers and employees as required.
What will you need?
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in HR management in a legal or professional services environment
- Knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
