Experienced Professional Company Formation Officer
Overview:
This job posting is for the role of Company Formation Officer, a company that provides financial and administrative services to clients across the world. The position requires the person to manage service delivery for the Company Formation team across various locations, ensure client satisfaction, create and achieve service level agreements, manage and enhance the risk management framework, and oversee the implementation of global target operating models. - Global exposure: As a Company Formation Officer, you will be accountable for the service delivery of all services for the sector. The role monitors all work performed by the company’s GSCs to ensure it is performed in-line with agreed SLAs. The position also liaises with senior management across the organization.

What will you do?
- Be accountable for all aspects of operational management for the sector in relevant markets.
- Manage the Service Delivery Leads and oversee service delivery from the SSC and migration of processes to GSCs.
- Define, implement, and oversee the Global Target Operating Model for the Sector, and deliver continuous improvement of service delivery.
- Serve as the Service Delivery head for all location clients, ensuring client satisfaction and the delivery of contracted services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage capability and capacity of resources in the Service Delivery Team, responsible for employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
What will you need?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a drive to create and instill a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at Executive Director level, along with a relevant professional qualification.
